Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.\nResponsibilities\nLead and support investigations into customer complaints, internal non-conformances, process failures, and product quality concerns. This includes direct interaction with customers at Morgan and potentially at the Customer’s facilities when required.\nCarry out root cause analysis and coordinate effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.\nMonitor and analyse quality data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport the development, review, and improvement of quality procedures, inspection standards, control plans, and process documentation.\nWork closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve process capability, product consistency, and right-first-time performance.\nSupport external audits and conduct internal audits, ensuring actions are completed effectively and quality management system requirements are maintained.\nLiaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on quality issues, technical queries, and improvement actions where required.\nPromote a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in a quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or technical quality role within a manufacturing environment.\nGood understanding of quality management systems, audit requirements and document control methodology.\nGood understanding of inspection methods, measurement techniques and manufacturing process controls.\nConfident in root cause analysis, corrective action management, and structured problem-solving techniques- including leading those activities\nPractical experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC)\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, inspection results, and quality data.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and quality documentation.\nExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with production, engineering, customers, and suppliers.\nProactive problem-solving approach with the ability to manage priorities and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.\nMorgan Advanced Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
