Acting as the key link between the central ERP project team and local stakeholders, you will coordinate site readiness activities, support change management, training, testing and data validation, and help ensure a successful ERP implementation with minimal disruption to business operations. This is a 6-month fixed-term assignment supporting a major business transformation initiative\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities\nAct as the primary site liaison between the central ERP programme team and local stakeholders.\nCoordinate and maintain the Highlander ERP project plan for the Rugby site.\nIdentify business impacts and support the development of action plans with SMEs and project teams.\nMonitor project progress, site readiness, risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.\nSupport change management activities and drive stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation.\nCoordinate training needs analysis and organise user training activities to support successful adoption.\nAssist with the planning and delivery of additional training initiatives related to business processes and systems.\nCoordinate local testing activities, including identifying and managing test scenarios.\nSupport data validation and migration activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.\nAssist with project documentation and reporting requirements.\nCoordinate communication activities and ensure consistent messaging across the site.\nSupport go-live preparation and hypercare activities to minimise disruption to business operations.\nTrack stakeholder engagement and adoption, helping to address resistance and encourage buy-in.\nHighlight resource requirements and support the allocation of site personnel to project activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the ERP implementation programme.\nQualifications\nQualifications / Experience Required\nPrevious experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Change Management, Business Transformation or ERP Implementation support role.\nStrong project planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional activities and driving progress against project plans.\nAbility to identify, track and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies.\nExperience supporting training, user adoption and change management initiatives.\nStrong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reporting and problem-solving.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nProactive, resilient and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable influencing and supporting teams through periods of organisational change.\nPreferred\nPrevious experience supporting ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, IFS or similar).\nExperience within a manufacturing, engineering or operations environment.\nExperience using Azure DevOps, Jira or other project management tools.\nUnderstanding of business processes such as planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing or finance.\nProject Management or Change Management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, APM, Prosci or equivalent) would be advantageous.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3544,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Manufacturing","Advanced Materials"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-16T12:18:34Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
