You’ll sit right at the crossroads of manufacturing, engineering, and customer quality - and you’ll have the authority (and expectation) to drive real change.This role suits someone who’s been around the block in aerospace and/or medical manufacturing, knows how thingsshould work, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when they don’t.\nThe role\nYou’ll own product and process quality across manufacturing operations. That means leading complex investigations, running CAPAs that actually stick, working directly with customers and auditors, and keeping the Quality Management System doing what it’s meant to do - not just looking good on paper.Some days you’ll be deep in data and root cause. Other days you’ll be on the floor, in audits, or leading cross-functional problem-solving sessions.
