It's about ensuring cash movements are accurately recorded, controls are robust, reconciliations are completed on time, and stakeholders across the business have confidence in the numbers.\nThe Role\nYou'll play a key role in supporting treasury operations across the EMEA region, partnering with finance teams, banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day treasury activities.This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership. You'll be trusted to investigate issues, improve processes, strengthen controls and help drive consistency across the Shared Service Centre.Responsibilities\nWhat You'll Do\nManage treasury activities across multiple entities and currencies\nOversee daily banking transactions, cash movements and payment allocation activities\nPerform and review bank reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly\nSupport month-end and year-end treasury activities\nMaintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation\nAct as a key point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders\nSupport internal and external audits by providing treasury-related information and documentation\nEnsure compliance with treasury policies, controls and financial procedures\nIdentify opportunities to improve, standardise and automate treasury processes\nWork closely with finance teams across multiple countries to ensure efficient and consistent ways of working\nSupport wider finance transformation and Shared Service Centre improvement initiatives\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nPrevious experience within a Shared Service Centre (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS) or multinational finance environment\nAbility to communicate well in English\nStrong treasury, banking operations, cash management or finance operations experience\nExperience managing high-volume banking activity across multiple entities or regions\nStrong bank reconciliation experience and a track record of resolving complex reconciling items\nExperience working with ERP systems and online banking platforms\nAdvanced Excel skills\nExperience supporting audits and operating within a controlled financial environment\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across different countries and cultures\nA proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement\nThe confidence to take ownership of issues and see them through to
