Sales\n\nJob Description:\nAssists customer with status reports and assist the sales department w/ filing, invoicing, tracking expense reports, process check requests, assist in sales order process, and literature.\nEssential Functions and Activities:\nInteract with customer via phone and in person.\nEnter orders and quotations.\nComplete and update credit applications and verify credit limits.\nUpdate supplier forms when required.\nProvide customer status reports.\nManage documentation for the “SOX” compliant form.\nSend out weekly customer status reports.\nSet-up ship-to to correspond to customer.\nManage customer master.\nQuote all internet leads.\nCross check acknowledgements to quotes and DN’s.\nManage the Morgan Olson presentation starter, assist sales team when requested.\nFile orders and organize the system.\nEnter all sales change orders including BBIS (bring back in shop) orders. \nParticipate in Pilot reviews and customer events. Provide meeting notes when required.\nCredit and re-bill.\nCreate a centralized competitive database for pricing, G2, quotes, advertising etc.\nPrint the pre-invoices and MSO when required.
