We proudly give back to local nonprofit organizations in Salt Lake by offering up our unique skillsets, thousands of volunteer hours and dedicated financial support.\nKey Responsibilities\n> Partner closely with operations leaders and frontline teams to understand end to end workflows, controls, and pain points, translating operational needs into AI enabled solutions.\n> Design, build, and deploy AI enabled process improvements-including Copilot driven workflows, task specific agents, and automated process flows-embedded into day to day operations.\n> Lead process transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and sustained adoption, ensuring improvements move beyond pilots into standard operating practices.\n> Own solution design and configuration while collaborating with technology, risk, and platform partners to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with firm standards.\n> Continuously refine solutions based on operational feedback and performance outcomes, tracking measurable impact such as cycle time reduction, capacity unlocked, quality improvements, and adoption.\n> Drive AI training, enablement, and adoption by coaching teams, delivering hands on training, and reinforcing best practices to ensure consistent and effective use.
