Candidates out of area must make their own housing arrangements.\nResumes will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the role is filled or the application deadline, whichever comes first.\nGeneral Description\nThis internship position provides ongoing support to the Platform Implementation Team. The individual will assists in performing routine operational and administrative activities including platform maintenance, coordination of Platform Implementation communications, and preparation of training and resources materials. The candidate should be a dedicated, self-motivated, detail oriented, and confident individual who is interested in the financial industry and seeks to learn about platform management, how these tools intersect with sales, distribution, and operation workflows, as well as the inner workings of CRM, Business Intelligence, and cloud-based technologies. The candidate should have the ability to solve problems and build relationships internally as well as a comfort with manipulating and analyzing large data sets.\nPrimary Responsibilities\n- Performs system maintenance across platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Seismic and Workfront) with a primary focus on ensuring the firm is adhering to administration best practices as well as performing tasks meant to improve the end user experience.\n- Support Platform Implementation team members in the execution and launch of key projects. Includes providing internal reporting/stats/last meeting notes etc. as requested.\n- Assist in managing the team’s support tickets as well as completing recurring maintenance cases.\n- Assists in maintaining accurate procedures and day-to-day process documents that are distributed to the team for use. Creates new process documents as enhancements/projects come to fruition.\n- Participates in broader Platform Implementation projects as needed.\nJob Requirements:\n_ Junior or rising senior progressing towards an undergraduate degree.\n- Strong attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills.\n- Experience working in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Experience in cloud based tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Seismic or Workfront a plus.\n- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.\n- Must possess a high level of initiative and have a demonstrated ability to work in a strong team environment.\n- Willingness to learn the firm's structure, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures, in addition to a functional knowledge of a professional services environment.\nThe Parametric Internship Experience\nThe Parametric internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in financial services.
