You will participate in weekend and off hours on-call rotation, and be point of escalation during critical incidents\nQualifications:\nSkills Required:\nBachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technology field\nStrong Hands on knowledge in SQL server, Sybase and DB2 or MongoDB\nKnowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating system level concepts such as processes, memory allocation, and the network stack and commands.\nStrong Hands-on in SQL, Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, JavaScript\nKnowledge in scheduling tools such as AutoSys, Crontab, Control-M\nMust thrive in a high-pressure environment and enjoy working on new challenges.\nKnowledge of ITIL Principles and SDLC flow along with Agile development practices\nAble to identify gaps and opportunities to reduce manual tasks, automate work and be familiar with the AI tools such as co-pilot\nKnowledge of Finance to communicate effectively with business clients as well as internal/external stakeholders.\nKnowledge of cloud and related technology\nSimilar work experience of 5~8 years of experience.\nSkills Desired:\nKnowledge and experience in the banking industry\nKnowledge in equities and fixed income products would be advantageous\nExperience with source code and binary repositories, build tools, and CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker) etc. and data streaming technologies like Spark, Kafka etc.\nHands on experience on enterprise tools set such as Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and BMC etc.\nExperience in software development: automation-related experience valued in particular. Scripting languages such as bash, python, ruby, or compiled languages such as C, C#, JAVA, Scala and Go are most relevant, but others are acceptable.\nAwareness of, and ability to reason about modern software & systems architectures, including load-balancing, queueing, caching, distributed systems failure modes generally, micro services, and so on.\nPractical experience running large-scale online systems is always an advantage.
