The role will promote data governance, data quality, and operational excellence practices while supporting the delivery of consistent, trusted, and scalable financial data across Wealth Management.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the product vision, roadmap, and backlog management for the Wealth Management Middle Office platform. \nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive delivery outcomes. \nCoordinate platform enhancements and data initiatives to meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. \nMonitor data quality, governance compliance, and control processes to ensure reliable and trusted financial data. \nAnalyze stakeholder requests, assess impacts, and make recommendations for prioritization and implementation. \nCollaborate with engineering and architecture teams to support platform modernization and scalability efforts. \nDevelop metrics, reporting, and operational insights to measure platform adoption, effectiveness, and business value. \nSupport issue resolution, process improvements, and continuous enhancement of the financial data platform.\nAdvocate for data-driven innovation, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive insights and improve wealth management solutions.\nCollaborate on the development and implementation of data architecture improvements, ensuring they align with business needs.\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in wealth management, data strategy, or Finance.\nStrong understanding of Wealth Management, Financials, Middle Office, Data Management, and Data Governance principles. \nExperience serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Steward for enterprise data platforms. \nExperience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories within Agile delivery frameworks. \nExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies to document business requirements, manage sprint planning, track delivery progress, and support release management activities. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.\n#LI-hybrid #LI-NB1 BPDBA\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:\nAt Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients - helping them reach their goals.
