The team collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders to provide development teams with suitable tools, continuously improve testing practices, and share best practices and internally developed solutions across the firm. The team currently consists of two members, based in Budapest and Bangalore.\nSince 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.\nWhat you'll do in the role:\nHelps gather testing best practices and internally developed test tools, making them available firmwide.\nConducts proof of concepts and evaluations for test tools.\nSupports the definition, collection, and visualization of testing-related metrics.\nHelps support the centrally supported tooling, helping with user queries, maintaining stability of platforms, co-ordinating with vendors etc.\nContributes to testing process improvements and helps define testing considerations for future SDLC policy iterations.\nHelps monitoring vendor and open-source testing tools and industry best practices and supports the adoption of suitable options within the firm.\nDevelops smaller supporting tools, such as automation for migrations between test management tools and single-page UI applications for displaying test maturity dashboards.\nWhat you'll bring to the role:\nAt least 10 years of experience in software testing and test automation.\nProgramming experience in a modern language, such as Java or Python, is required.\nExperience with AI-assisted coding tools is desirable.\nExperience in selecting test tools is desirable.\nExperience with test metrics is desirable.\nExperience in improving and assessing testing processes is desirable.\nAble to work independently and deliver effectively under tight deadlines.\nAble to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.\n#LI-FT1 #LI-HBYRID #BPTECH\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:\nAt Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients - helping them reach their goals.
