This role combines deep technical expertise in blockchain systems with strong leadership to deliver enterprise-grade products for global markets.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExecute the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.\n\nParticipate in design, architecture, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with applicable regulations.\n\nCollaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to define technical requirements.\n\nImplement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.\n\nStay ahead of industry trends, emerging standards, and evolving regulatory frameworks in digital assets.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of software engineering experience with Solidity, Go or similar languages for blockchain and back-end development within an enterprise production environment\n\nProven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software systems at scale.\n\nPreferred\n3+ years in blockchain and tokenization strongly preferred\n\nStrong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives.\n\nFamiliarity with custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure signing.\n\nExperience in regulated financial services or fintech.\n\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:\nAt Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients - helping them reach their goals.
