We also offer systematic alpha and alternative strategies to complement clients' core holdings.\nThis role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.\nABOUT THE TEAM\nThe Platform Solution Management team at Parametric:\nWe are responsible for defining and enabling cross-platform business solutions that meet the needs of clients over time. Solutions are products, services, or systems that provide value to the client, whether internal or external to the PPA enterprise.\nSitting at the intersection of business, clients and technology, we collaborate with multiple teams to understand solution context and define the solution vision, intent, roadmap and capability set.\nThis team manages changes to the solution vision or roadmap based on enterprise objectives and strategy\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThe Technical Project Manager is a project management expert and has overall accountability for the technical project delivery roadmap and product success. The individual in this role will closely collaborate with engineering teams, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to set a vision, define priorities, execute an ambitious agenda, and be accountable for product results and evolution. The Technical Project Manager interacts and presents information throughout the organization, working with both technology and business stakeholders.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLeading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects\nDefine, shape and drive product and technology roadmap, create clarity to guide plans and drive success.\nMeet business objectives by successfully designing, implementing, and guiding projects to completion.\nCreating fast and effective solutions when issues arise.\nDocumenting all aspects of work and presenting progress to leadership and stakeholders.\nProven ability to manage relationships at all org levels.\nDevelop a project plan, including goals, scope, schedule, and resources.\nAlign program objectives with the company's strategic goals and ensure consistency with organizational priorities.\nEstablish project tasks and milestones.\nMonitor the progress of projects and make updates when necessary.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and create progress reports.\nCollaborate with vendors, contractors, and external partners to ensure they meet program objectives and deliverables.\nIdentify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during projects.\nIdentify areas for improvement in project management practices\n Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress. Drive alignment and build trust with stakeholders.\nFacilitate and enhance the communication and process between IT and the business to establish software engineering priorities, work direction, and best practices; includes working with key stakeholders in the business, business analysts, and developers.\nDrive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities while maintaining strong business relationships.\nEffective balance member, business, and technical goals with available resources (this is really about resource allocation\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree\nA minimum of 3+ years of experience leading complex development and integration projects, strategy, Business Analysis or System analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry\nExcellent communication - both verbal and written - with technology and business partners to include strong discussion, debate and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts.\nAdvanced experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes\nDemonstrated success leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.\nAbility to empathically understand and articulate user needs\nDemonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision and/or customized solutions to meet business objectives\nAdvanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL and Visio\nUnderstanding analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle\nAbility to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines\nAbility to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines\nAbility to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams\nStrong experience with Agile, Miro/Lucid, SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, Tableau\nExperience with AWS Step Functions and Camunda workflows tools\nParametric believes each member of our organization makes a significant contribution to our success.
