Their main focus will be supporting the training department including updating the Learning Management System, assisting with coordinating new hire training, orientation, as well as ad-hoc special projects. This role is a training ground for an entry level associate pursuing a career in Training/Development. As a member of the Training Department, you must be fully versed on company protocols and procedures and is responsible for maintaining compliance with all fair housing and landlord tenant laws.\n DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n1. Training Communications\nBuild, post and distribute training schedules and calendars, and establish priorities tied to strategic organizational needs and plans for the residential portfolios. Organize, coordinate, and ensure employee participation in area specific training sessions.\nResponsible for ensuring the monthly training calendar is submitted to marketing monthly and posted in Agora\nFollow up with required attendees that have not attended designated classes\nEnsuring all training courses are entered into MMT timely with attendance\n2. Training Material Maintenance\nAssist with creating and updating training guides and videos. Receive, review, and re-format training materials received internally to align with Training department standards.\n3. New Hire Onboarding\nPartner with Human Resources, Community Managers, and the Residential Training Manager to schedule new hire start dates. Ensure that new hire training materials are maintained, up to date and distributed. Track onboarding progress, documenting activities and conducting 30/60/90 day follow ups\n4. Learning Management System (LMS) Administrative Support\nAudit and update the LMS as needed to reflect new hires, employee departures, employee position or site of work changes. Resolve requests for password resets and registration. Enter live training course attendance within LMS. Assist with managing LMS invoices Conducting monthly, quarterly + annual reporting as necessary.\n5. Additional Support:\nAssist with day-to-day operations of the Training functions and duties. Assist with coordinating ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Residential Training Manager.\nAny other job related duties and/or projects that may be assigned.\nSkills, Knowledge, Experience and Education\nBS, BA in Human Resources, education, business, marketing or equivalent years of experience preferred.\nPrevious work experience with on-site property management operations preferred; previous experience within a customer service or administrative support function required.\nExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal relationship management, diligent follow through and ability to work independently.\nSpecific knowledge or familiarity with property management software such as Entrata or a Learning Management System such as Grace Hill/Vision LMS highly preferred.\nStrong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
