You'll work directly with both founders to expand our GTM, and this role will be a hybrid of BDR work (a must) and AE/full-cycle selling. You source pipeline, run deals, and own the number.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOutbound prospecting and pipeline generation, BDR work is a core, non-negotiable part of this role\nBe part of full-cycle deals: discovery, demos, negotiation, close\nShape positioning, messaging, and the GTM playbook alongside the founders\nOwn and report on pipeline, conversion, and expansion metrics\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nJunior talent, max 5 years of work experience, with one of these backgrounds:\nProven track record selling to in-house legal teams\nExperience as BDR or AE at a high-growth startup in an adjacent space (e.g. Vanta)\nExceptional young GTM talent from good schools\nYoung BigLaw associates wanting to move into a commercial role\nReside in SF/Bay-area and ready to work 5 days a week in office\nWHO YOU ARE\nScrappy, ambitious, energized by ambiguity.
