You will have opportunities to work with modern technologies, contribute to cloud-based solutions, and explore innovations in AI-assisted software engineering.\nJob Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software applications that address business and investor needs.\nApply object-oriented design principles, common design patterns, and software engineering best practices to build maintainable solutions.\nFollow modern development practices, including code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and intuitive user experiences.\nIdentify opportunities to improve application performance, code quality, system architecture, and development processes.\nExplore and adopt emerging technologies, including cloud computing and AI-powered tools, to drive innovation and engineering efficiency.\nTake ownership of features and projects throughout the software development lifecycle, demonstrating accountability, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.\nContribute to product vision, technical strategy, and team success through collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2+ years of professional software development experience, with strong programming skills in Java, .NET, or Python.\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and backend development, including RESTful APIs.\nExperience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including SQL development and query optimization.\nExperience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.\nFamiliarity with software engineering best practices, including Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and application security.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to take ownership and manage multiple priorities.\nExperience with AWS, Docker, and cloud-based application development and deployment.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools, LLMs, or AI agents.\nFamiliarity with Linux environments, Apache Tomcat, and production application troubleshooting.\nPreferred:\nExperience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Spring Data JPA.\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nAWS certification or an interest in expanding cloud engineering expertise.\nExperience developing applications or services in the financial services, investment, or data management industry.\nThis role does not qualify for immigration sponsorship.
