Connecting with providers & setting up acquisition channels as well as acting as a point of escalation\nMeet the predetermined production deadlines for internal and external clients\nContinuously evaluate procedures, create and enhance analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects.\nUtilize project management methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma to track, evaluate and determine resolution approach for complex data issues.\nCollect and maintain Morningstar data, ensuring high levels of data accuracy, completeness and coverage.\nDemonstrate a high sense of ownership of the issues in the data ticket queue to be responsive and provide timely updates, follow-up, expedition, and resolution.\nUnderstand roles, responsibilities, and expertise of internal partners to expedite issue resolution.\nTranslate requests from internal clients into detailed written specifications and user stories.\nImprove and document client use cases to ensure any new functionality meets and exceeds client expectations\nWho You Are\nMultilingual Communicator: You are fluent in English and minimum two other languages (such as Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Japanese, or Korean), which allows you to effectively work with providers from different countries and collaborate across international markets.\nTeam Player with Client Focus: You excel in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with team members from diverse backgrounds and addressing client needs with empathy and attention.\nDetail-Oriented Data Enthusiast: Passionate about the financial industry and investment data, you bring a solid understanding of data quality, methodologies, and processes.
