The team underpins critical business services, enabling key functions across the organization to deliver seamless and exceptional user experiences.\nResponsibilities\nOkta SSO, OIG and Workflows\nJoiner, Leaver, Mover processes for employees\nResponsible for Corporate wide Active Directory Domains\nResponsible for all modules of Azure Active Directory (AAD)\nParticipation in the planning, development, and delivery of projects.\nCreate and update documentation and knowledge articles\nProvide knowledge transfer to engineers and training to users as required as part of deployment.\nAct as second line support for escalations and issues\nRespond to incidents and alerts as requested.\nFollow tasks from inception to completion\nSupport Employee Experience initiatives\nStay knowledgeable with cutting-edge technology\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience)\n2+ years of Okta SSO and Lifecycle management\n2+ years of Okta OIG\n2+ Years of Okta Workflows\n5+ years of relevant experience using Active Directory in a complex environment\nIn depth knowledge of Active Directory Group Policies\n1+ years of experience Entra AD\n1+ years of experience working with application proxies - preferably Azure Proxy\nStrong troubleshooting skills\nMust be a self-starter and able to work alone in a fast-changing environment\nBasic PowerShell scripting is a must\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Server\nDesirable:\nServiceNow\nSplunk\nBasic knowledge of System for Cross-domain Identity Management\nReady to Shape the Future?
