This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between business and IT, coordinate cross-team roadmaps and releases, manage dependencies, and facilitate program governance to enable successful delivery of business capabilities. This is an opportunity to play a key role in keeping teams aligned, mitigating risks, and ensuring releases are delivered efficiently, on time, and with high quality.\nOn a given day, a Program Integration Manager you will:\nOrganize and run program governance, including the monthly program status and monthly demo meetings, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and blockers.\nCoordinate release management end to end: planning, preparation, go/no-go, and communication to stakeholders before and after each release.\nCheck teams’ preparation and ensure early alignment on cross-team dependencies across development, infrastructure, and applications, including third parties.\nMaintain a clear overview of upcoming releases and host the deployment meeting during major releases.\nCoordinate cross-team roadmaps and releases to keep delivery aligned with business priorities.\nTrack and report delivery progress with clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders.\nAct as the central point of contact for stakeholders, proactively managing communication and facilitating meetings.\nIdentify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of experience managing software or IT delivery projects, including release coordination\nProven success working across business, IT, and external partners in complex, international environments\nExperience with release management and ticketing tools\nSkilled in reporting, vizualizing and communicating delivery progress to stakeholders\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities\nFluent English\nNaturally proactive, organized, and detail-oriented\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience with backend systems in mobility, automotive, or IoT\nFamiliarity with cyber, enterprise architecture, and compliance topics (e.g., DPA, DPIA)\nUnderstanding of system architecture (enough to follow technical discussions)\nBenefits\nAbout the team:\nOur Engineering Team is a dynamic group of skilled professionals who design and deliver tech solutions for our B2B clients.
