You will define success metrics, use data and ecosystem feedback to iterate, align stakeholders, and improve product decision-making processes.\n\nResponsibilitiesOwn and prioritize the protocol roadmap based on company goals, user needs, technical constraints, and ecosystem dynamics\nRun continuous discovery with curators, distributors, integrators, developers, and other protocol users\nTranslate user and market insights into product requirements, decision frameworks, and success criteria\nPartner with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, solutions, partnerships, and marketing teams to deliver initiatives\nEvaluate product and technical tradeoffs across protocol, infrastructure, and partner enablement\nDefine and track quantitative and qualitative signals to evaluate protocol initiatives\nCommunicate product direction, decisions, tradeoffs, and release implications to stakeholders\nImprove product decision-making and documentation processes\n\nRequirements5+ years of experience building technical products in complex or fast-changing environments\nProven ability to take products or major features from ambiguous problem spaces through launch and iteration\nTechnical fluency in system design and constraints\nProduct judgment and tradeoff decision-making\nUser discovery and synthesis skills\nExperience leading cross-functional work without formal authority\nAbility to define success and use quantitative and qualitative evidence\nExcellent written and verbal communication in an asynchronous environment\nAbility to create clarity and drive decisions in ambiguous contexts\nStrong ownership and autonomy\nExperience in crypto, DeFi, traditional finance, or fintech\nFamiliarity with lending
