Digitalisation team, you will:\nDesign, configure, and test AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI agents can improve processes, knowledge management, and decision-making.\nSupport the development of prompt libraries, workflows, and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.\nAnalyze business processes and translate user requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.\nAssist in validating AI agent performance, usability, and reliability through structured testing and user feedback.\nSupport data analysis activities to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.\nCreate user documentation, training materials, and demonstrations to promote AI adoption across the site.\nWork closely with IT, OT, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance expectations.\nStay informed about emerging AI, Copilot, and automation capabilities and contribute ideas for future digital innovation initiatives.\nContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption.\nEssential Requirements\nCurrently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, or a related field.\nStrong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and digital technologies.\nBasic understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud-based solutions.\nKnowledge of data analysis, process mapping, or automation concepts.\nExperience with programming, scripting, or low-code/no-code tools through academic projects, internships, or personal initiatives.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nFluency in English.\nDesirable Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Azure services.\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering, AI agent design, or chatbot development.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, engineering, or regulated industry environments.\nExperience working with structured and unstructured data sources.\nKnowledge of
