Job Description Summary

13’000! That’s how many people our Development P&O team supports worldwide. As P&O intern you will be responsible for supporting People and Organisation operational processes, activities and analytics for the Development division.

The People and Organization Intern will also be responsible for supporting the People and Organization team and function(s) in managing projects related to Organization, Talent, Culture and Operational Efficiencies; serving P&O and function deliverables.

Major accountabilities:

  • Contribute to People and Organisation analytics by preparing KPI reports, analyzing data and trends, and translating insights into meaningful inputs for decision-making.
  • Support the optimization of the P&O service delivery model by coordinating processes, consolidating data and information across global, regional, and country stakeholders, and collaborating closely with P&O, business, and cross-functional partners.
  • Project Management support in areas of Talent Management, Organization, Culture and Operational Excellence
  • Participate in key People and Organisation projects, providing project support, coordination, and management, including scheduling, progress tracking, meeting minutes, and follow-up on actions.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the People and Organisation team by creating presentations, managing Excel-based tasks and reports, supporting learning activities, arranging and planning calls, meetings and events.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Finished Bachelor’s degree and / or finished Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration (graduation not longer than 12 months ago)

Skills:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong skills in tools of MS Word, Excel skills and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Agility to work in a cross-functional international environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Languages:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Workload: 40 hours/week

Type: Hybrid

Required start date: 28th of September 2026

Contract: 12 months
