Please read on…\nJob Purpose\nTo acquire first/further practical work experience after the studies.\nPostgraduate in the area of analytics, supporting the laboratory team to ensure efficient performance of laboratory activities and related investigations in compliance with GxP and HSE guidelines. Performs review and approval of analytical data.\nMajor Accountabilities:\nOperational:\nOOx/deviation handling\nCAPA definition\nKPI trending\nEnsure all activities in compliance with cGxP, incl. data integrity\nReview and approval of analytical data / tests (analytical release)\nMaintain and calibrate equipment incl. plan preparation\nSupport in supplier qualification\nTrending and analysis of KPI/KQI\nSupport sample planning and sampling execution\nPerform microbiological testing of materials and utilities, environmental and personnel monitoring\nProvide expert support for site qualification and validation activities\nHSE:\nComply with all HSE guidelines\nDetect and report potential accident, risks and propose solutions \nParticipate in HSE risk assessments \nPreparation and participation to internal HSE audits\nResponsible for participating in initial training and retraining\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry or equivalent\nProfessional experience (1-3 years) in the pharmaceutical sector or in the manufacture of active substances in analytical laboratories in a GMP environment or equivalent;\nCollaborating across boundaries; Functional Breadth; efficient inter and intra-departmental communications.\n Advanced English and German language skills (oral and written).\nCollaboration; result-oriented. · \nBreakthrough Analysis; Being Resilient; Operational Excellence; Continuous Learning; Digital & Tech Savvy.\nMS Office applications and other standard IT applications supporting Quality activities.\nLaboratory equipment; Quality Control (QC) Testing; Quality Control Sampling; Knowledge of TQM and related industry GxP standards and processes; Laboratory Excellence; Quality decision making.\nWorkload: 40 hours/week\nType: Onsite\nRequired start date: November 2026\nContract: 12 months\nWhy Novartis:\nHelping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
