Please read on…\nWhat if your expertise in in vivo oncology could help advance the next generation of radioligand therapies (RLT)? As a Research Scientist in our preclinical Radioligand Therapy team, you will develop and characterize oncology models, evaluate novel treatments, and generate insights that support our world-leading Oncology portfolio. Working collaboratively across global laboratory and project teams, you will apply your experience with rodents, pharmacology, bioanalysis, and imaging to help translate innovative science into potential new therapies for patients.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and characterize novel in vivo oncology models to support preclinical radioligand therapy research.\nConduct efficacy studies evaluating novel radioligand therapies across oncology programs.\nPerform biodistribution studies and metabolite analyses to inform pharmacology decisions.\nConduct small-animal positron emission tomography (PET), single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), and computed tomography (CT) imaging studies. \nSupport in vitro and ex vivo activities, including cell culture, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, autoradiography, polymerase chain reaction, and Western blotting.\nEssential Requirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Cell Biology, Medical Physics, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or a related field.\nHands-on experience with rodent handling and in vivo oncology models, including dosing, sampling, and animal welfare requirements.\nPractical in vivo experience gained within an academic or industry biomedical research laboratory.\nTraining and practical experience working safely with open radioactive sources.\nAdvanced written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate scientific findings effectively. \nDesirable Requirements:\nExperience with positron emission tomography, single-photon emission computed tomography, or computed tomography imaging in rodents and subsequent image analysis.\nExperience with cellular and molecular biology methods.\nExperience with immunohistochemistry, tissue processing, and sectioning.\nStrong collaboration, organization, and communication skills, with experience working across interdisciplinary and cross-site teams.
