If speculative CVs are sent, no fee will be applicable - please direct all queries to the relevant Resourcing Partner.\nCivil Project Engineer - Environment\nLocation: Nottinghamshire\nAn opportunity has arisen for a Civil Project Engineer to join the team at Galliford Try within our Environment Business.\nYou will work on our Severn Trent Frameworks within our Environment Business, who are experienced in successfully delivering schemes of varying sizes, predominately to the Water Industry, across both Treatment Waste and Water schemes.\nIdeally, you will be based in or around the Annesley area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.\nWhat you will be doing\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Project Engineer to join our collaborative team on Severn Trent Water.\nYou will:\nBe an integral part of our Project Delivery team, working alongside internal and external multi-discipline designers and Project Engineers (Process, Structural, Electrical & Mechanical Design).\nCollaborate with delivery teams to promote integrated and efficient project delivery.\nLead on producing operational construction stage documentation and obtain necessary external permits and approvals to start construction.\nEngage and manage internal resources and sub-contractors through pre-construction, site investigation, design, and construction phases.\nAct as a vital link between the Client, key third-party stakeholders, and the supply chain, ensuring clear communication and effective programming of works.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.\nUphold the highest ethical standards with transparency and integrity.\nParticipate in design, progress, and site meetings, supporting team development through mentoring and coaching.\nContribute to programme reviews, cost management, and compliance with our delivery processes and procedures using Common Data Environments (CDE).\nAbout you\nWe value a wide range of skills and experiences and are committed to supporting your growth and development.
