Additionally, you will work collectively across teams to build and execute a bottom-up capital strategy covering both retail and logistics.\nSome of your responsibilities will include:\nMaintaining end-to-end accountability for operational maintenance service delivery, KPI performance, and business continuity for critical assets.\nManaging day-to-day project delivery, ad-hoc works, BER (Beyond Economic Repair) replacements, and major capital projects across facilities.\nHolding shared responsibility for CAPEX budgets, creating, executing, and reporting on project programmes and their financial implications.\nCollaborating with maintenance teams and key service partners (e.g., City FM/OCS) to build and execute a bottom-up 3-to-5-year capital plan.\nSupporting incident recovery and ensuring adherence to compliance, health and safety standards, and environmental plans in coordination with relevant authorities.\nConducting regular site reviews to audit work quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure value for money.\nBuilding strong relationships and aligning on project delivery with logistics leadership, finance, central teams, and construction partners.\nMore about you\nWe’ve built in incredibly diverse business, and we’re working hard to make sure we truly represent the communities we serve.
