This role will work across Hardware, DVT, Systems, and SVT teams to ensure our lab infrastructure, calibration practices, and measurement setups meet the highest standards.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong practical RF experience, deep familiarity with test equipment calibration and S-parameter measurement, and a disciplined approach to lab hygiene. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, repeatability, and clean data.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn RF lab hygiene and measurement integrity across development and validation environments\n\nCalibrate and maintain RF test equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and associated accessories\n\nMeasure and characterize cable, connector, and jig S-parameters (S11, S21, etc.) and maintain correction data where required\n\nEstablish and enforce best practices for RF handling (torque wrench usage, connector care, cable replacement schedules, labeling, ESD discipline)\n\nDebug and optimize RF test setups to eliminate measurement artifacts and improve repeatability\n\nManage lifecycle of cables, connectors, adapters, and fixtures.
