This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned engineer to drive innovation, collaboration, and excellence in a fast-paced and growing organization.\nResponsibilities:\nSet the technical vision and direction for programs, collaborating with internal technical staff and external customers\n\nLead multi-disciplinary teams developing algorithmic, software, cloud, and data solutions\n\nManage program execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, and overseeing successful program delivery\n\nCultivate strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, advocating for MORSE's technology and services\n\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our portfolio and driving long-term growth\n\nProvide technical oversight and guidance to program team members\n\nRequirements:\nUS Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance. Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI is preferred. \n\nMaster's degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\n\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, with a focus on AI/ML, software, and decision systems\n\nProven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing high-performing technical teams\n\nDeep understanding of software development principles, methods, and tools\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to absorb complex technical information quickly\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices\n\nFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure is nice to have\n\nWillingness to travel up to 25% \nMORSE Corp’s salary range for this role carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, skills and expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated. Depending on role eligibility, total compensation may also include bonus, stock, 401(k) match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and life insurance.\nEmployees also receive 10 paid holidays per year. MORSE maintains an “open” leave policy that does not restrict exempt, regular full-time employees to a specific number of paid sick or vacation days.
