In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of new and existing contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements. In this position, you will collaborate with business operations, program managers, and chief engineers to ensure successful full contract lifecycle management. You will work closely with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, and Leadership to ensure contractual compliance while enabling rapid innovation for our partners across the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), intelligence community, and defense industry primes.\nResponsibilities\nManage cradle-to-grave administration of diverse contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M), subcontracts, modifications, and purchase order awards.\n\nReview, redline, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, software licenses, and standard contract terms.\n\nAnalyze RFPs and contract documents for FAR/DFARS clauses, flow-downs, and special provisions, identifying risks and ensuring full regulatory compliance.\n\nPartner with technical leads to monitor contract milestones, CDRLs (Contract Data Requirements Lists), and delivery schedules.\n\nServe as a trusted point of contact for government contracting officers, prime contractors, and internal project teams.\n\nCoordinate with finance for invoice submittals, funding/payment tracking, and system data entry within our ERP system.\n\nSupport Government Furnished Property (GFP/GFE) tracking/reporting and drive timely contract closeout activities.\n\nSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS\n3+ years of work experience in defense contracts management and/or procurement\n\nBachelor's degree in business or related field\n\nKnowledge of procurement regulations including FAR/DFARS\n\nExperience reviewing, redlining, and managing NDAs, subcontracts, and contract modifications\n\nExperience/familiarity with ERP systems (examples include JAMIS, Deltek, and Unanet)\n\nAbility to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, often fast-paced environment\n\nHighly organized and outstanding attention to detail \n\nDemonstrated ability to maintain contract files and records\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\n\nProven interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships\n\nExperience reviewing documents to include contracts, subcontracts, and NDAs\n\nUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance\n\nMORSE Corp’s salary range for this role carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, skills and expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated. Depending on role eligibility, total compensation may also include bonus, stock, 401(k) match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and life insurance.\nEmployees also receive 10 paid holidays per year.
