You will lead teams and strategy for Algorithm Test and Evaluation (T&E) of AI and machine learning models and algorithms to give national security customers insights into the capabilities of applying AI to solve real world problems.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine goals and expectations for algorithm T&E performance\n\nResearch artificial intelligence data splitting, metrics, and T&E methodology\n\nLead strategy and coordination with algorithm development vendors\n\nWork with customers, stakeholders, and other vendors to present concepts, analyses, and test results\n\nPresent a path forward and solutions to solve complex data problems\n\nWork with MORSE’s current team of engineers and scientists to transition algorithms to software applications and real-time embedded systems.\n\nRequirements:\nUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED and an Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) \n\nMasters or Ph.D in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Physical or Biological Sciences or a related field\n\n7+ years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning\n\nExpertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science \n\nExperience in algorithm development and testing\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nSelf-starter and driven\n\nAbility to be onsite 4-5 days/week \nMORSE Corp’s salary range for this role carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, skills and expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated. Depending on role eligibility, total compensation may also include bonus, stock, 401(k) match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and life insurance.\nEmployees also receive 10 paid holidays per year. MORSE maintains an “open” leave policy that does not restrict exempt, regular full-time employees to a specific number of paid sick or vacation days.
