Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success. \nRESPONSIBILITIES \nSupervise overall financial health of projects \n\nDevelop and maintain project financial and equipment projections \n\nAllocate project estimates into the financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices \n\nProvide financials and billings to Accounting, create monthly owner billings \n\nHandle subcontracts and suppliers, manage budget and selections \n\nLead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, provide job assignments and training \n\nFunction as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative \n\nResolve site concerns, handle change orders, and obtain necessary approvals \n\nMaintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, and compliance \n\nQUALIFICATIONS \nBachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience \n\nMinimum eight years of construction management/project management or related experience \n\nAbility to fulfill responsibilities for multiple, large complex projects \n\nActive listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback \n\nPossess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices \n\nMicrosoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level \n\nPositive professional attitude, and strong customer service skills \n\nAbility to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies \n\nOSHA 30 Certification\n\nCurrent driver’s license \n\nAbility to travel up to 100% \n\nA few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)\n\nMedical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage \n\nDental plan \n\n401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match \n\nPaid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves \n\nEmployer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance \n\nNo-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources \n\nTuition reimbursement \n\nAdoption Assistance \n\nGym Membership Discount Program\n\nThe base pay range for this role is $140,800 - $211,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). \nBase pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
