This role supports site deployments, carrier circuit turn-ups, migrations, troubleshooting, and technical integrations across multiple markets. You’ll work directly with engineers, carriers, vendors, and field teams to ensure seamless connectivity and successful infrastructure implementations.\nThis position is ideal for an infrastructure professional who thrives in the field, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and can work independently while coordinating with senior engineering resources.\n\nHow will you make an impact & Requirements\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport network, telecom, and infrastructure implementations across multiple sites\nCoordinate and troubleshoot carrier circuits, ISP connectivity, and LAN/WAN issues\nValidate IP addressing, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and firewall connectivity\nSupport switches, wireless, VoIP, SIP, and related technologies\nTroubleshoot issues across network, telecom, carrier, and endpoint layers\nProvide hands-on support for Windows endpoints and Microsoft cloud services\nAssist with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra-joined devices, authentication, printing, and connectivity\nSupport site openings, migrations, acquisitions, and relocations\nWork directly with vendors, carriers, engineers, and field resources\nMaintain technical documentation, diagrams, tickets, and implementation records\nServe as a technical escalation point and assist with root-cause analysis\nPerform endpoint configuration and user access tasks within Microsoft 365 and Azure\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years hands-on experience in network, telecom, infrastructure, or field engineering\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4, VLANs, switching, DNS, DHCP, routing fundamentals\nExperience troubleshooting LAN/WAN and internet connectivity\nExperience with carrier circuit installations, turn-ups, or troubleshooting\nWorking knowledge of switches, firewalls, wireless, and enterprise networking\nExperience with RingCentral or Five9 telephony\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination skills\nAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with engineers, carriers, and technical teams\nMust have working knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365\nPreferred Qualifications\nNetworking or collaboration experience\nFive9, RingCentral, or similar platforms\nExperience with Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki, or comparable technologies\nExperience with network monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds)\nMulti-site or healthcare environment experience\nExperience supporting site openings, migrations, acquisitions, or relocations\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nA hands-on infrastructure professional with strong network and telecom skills who can troubleshoot independently, coordinate with vendors and carriers, and support multi-site technical deployments.\nNot a match: Candidates focused primarily on ETL, API development, data engineering, EDI, or business systems analysis without strong infrastructure experience.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision\n 401(k)\nPTO\nPaid Holidays\nOT opportunities\nMulti-state travel exposure\nCollaborative engineering environment\n\nCompensation Range:\n$20.90to\n$31.35The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
