We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, knows how to operate and troubleshoot equipment, and can help keep a busy production floor running smoothly.\nYou'll work alongside our production team, operate machinery, help coordinate daily production, and make sure we're getting quality products out the door.\nYou don't need to have \"Lead\" or \"Supervisor\" in your current job title. If you're a dependable, experienced machine operator who takes pride in their work and naturally helps others get the job done, we'd like to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOperate manufacturing equipment and assist with daily production.\nSet up machines, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.\nHelp keep production moving and jobs on schedule.\nWork alongside the team and provide guidance when needed.\nInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.\nTrack production, measurements, and other basic information.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nIdentify ways to improve efficiency and reduce production delays.\nWhy You Should Apply\nDay shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.\nFull-time, consistent schedule.\nHands-on position: Stay involved in the work, not stuck behind a desk.\nOpportunity to grow: Put your experience to work and take on more responsibility.\nTeam environment: Work with people who value reliability, quality, and getting the job done right.\nWe're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and make a difference in how our production floor operates.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical equipment.\nExperience setting up machines, performing changeovers, or troubleshooting equipment.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.\nComfortable using a computer for basic production tracking.\nDependable, organized, and willing to take ownership of your work.\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.\nExperience helping train or guide other employees is a plus, but not required.\nPrevious supervisory experience is NOT required.\nIf you're a skilled machine operator who's ready for more responsibility, we encourage you to apply.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM | Full-Time, On-Site\nSalary Description\n$20 -
