Обязанности:

Управление полным циклом строительных работ
Обеспечение строгого соблюдения технологии производства работ
Координация работы собственного линейного персонала
Планирование и контроль сроков
Управление и контроль субподрядных организаций
Контроль соблюдения требований охраны труда

Требования:

Высшее образование (ПГС)
опыт работы в области строительства, ремонта и эксплуатации инженерных коммуникаций
опыт сдачи объекта под ключ
знание градостроительных норм и порядка сдачи/приемки объекта
знание положений об охране труда, ТБ, санитарных норм на строительной площадке

Условия:

работа в крупной стабильной организации
график работы 5/2 с 8:00 до 17:00 (возможны задержки по производственной необходимости - оплата согласно ТК РФ)
место работы Московская область, Руза (Головной офис в Москве)
оформление по договору подряда
