We're looking for a Clinical Talent Partner to join us for a fixed-term to help grow our clinical team - attracting and securing exceptional nurses and doctors, all while creating an epic candidate experience that reflects who we are as a business.\nWhat you’ll do\nOn a day-to-day basis you will:\nOwn clinical hiring from briefing through to offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every step\nBuild proactive sourcing strategies and nurture pipelines of clinical talent across specialties\nPartner closely with clinical hiring managers to make sure job specs reflect real clinical and regulatory needs\nDesign and deliver standout onboarding experiences in partnership with our People team\nChampion diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process\nBuild our employer brand and be a visible ambassador for us in the market\nExperience you’ll bring\nOur ideal candidate will have:\n1-2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical or allied health hiring (agency or in-house)\nWorking knowledge of clinical registration and compliance requirements, or the aptitude and appetite to learn quickly\nComfort juggling a high volume of candidates and requisitions, with a sharp eye for detail\nUnderstanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building\nExperience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics \nWhat’s on offer\nWe support a mix of in-office, hybrid and remote working across Australia.
