Что мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт в финансово - экономических подразделениях крупных компаний на руководящих позициях (от 6-ти лет). Требуется опыт на руководящих должностях в финансово - экономических подразделениях в строительстве (от 3 лет), а также ОБЯЗАТЕЛЕН опыт на позиции главного бухгалтера от 6 лет. Опыт работы в ЖКХ будет дополнительным преимуществом.
  • Навыки в подготовке всей отчетности: финансовая, управленческая, операционная

  • Уверенное бюджетирование и финансовое моделирование.
  • Профильное образование, периодическое повышение квалификации.
  • Готовность к периодическому ненормированному графику.
  • Виртуозное владение Excel (сводные таблицы, формулы - попросим продемонстрировать эти навыки на интервью) и 1:С. Готовность работать «руками».
  • Опыт организации работы с несколькими филиалами подразделения и управления командой (от 15 чел.).
