This role defines standards and ownership for shared master data across multiple functions and works with the IT team to ensure proper governance and quality control. The Enablement Data Lead integrates data into a single source of truth and partners with functional data owners to keep data consistent and connected across functions.\nThe Enablement Data Lead reports directly to the Enablement Lead and works in close partnership with internal stakeholders, including the Self Perform Lead, Enablement sub-functions, Supply Chain, Project Services, Asset Management, Field, Construction Management, Pre-con, Finance, and IT, as well as external suppliers, system vendors, and implementation partners.\nSuccess in this role means master data standards, definitions, and ownership are established and adopted across Self Perform; labor, equipment, material, supplier, and category data are harmonized with unique item IDs; a single source of truth is defined and kept in sync across systems; location master, price list, and catalog data structures are in place; data-quality controls reduce errors, duplicates, and rework; and cross-functional reporting is built and used across Self Perform. Performance is measured by master data accuracy, duplicate record rate, domain coverage, system sync accuracy between CMIC and IMS, data issue resolution time, and reporting adoption across Self Perform teams.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn data management across Self Perform, including the standards, definitions, and management of shared master data domains\nDefine master data standards and ownership for shared domains across multiple functions, working with the IT team to ensure proper governance and quality control\nEstablish data-quality controls and validation rules that reduce errors, duplicates, rework, and manual reconciliation\nSet source-of-truth and sync rules across systems (e.g., CMIC to IMS) and integrate data into a single source of truth\nIntegrate and harmonize labor, equipment, material, supplier, and category data, including unique item IDs and categories\nOwn the location master and put price list and catalog data structures in place\nPartner with functional owners to connect functionally owned data and keep it consistent across functions\nBuild cross-functional data reporting and dashboards for Self Perform\nEnable spend visibility and budget mapping through consistent categories\nEnsure master data errors do not create schedule or safety risk, and escalate data gaps that put project execution at risk\nApprove changes to shared data structures, including item IDs, category hierarchy, and location codes\nResolve cross-functional data ownership conflicts, escalating to the Project Enablement Lead as needed\nCoordinate functional data owners and stewards, and provide input on data steward roles and training across functions\nTrain teams on data standards and reporting tools\nRecommend data, MDM, and reporting tool investments\nFlag data-quality issues requiring system or process changes\nEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Construction Science, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field\n5-7+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or BI/reporting\nExperience with ERP and BI platforms (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau); construction or EPC experience preferred\nDeep understanding of master data management and frameworks\nKnowledge of material, supplier, category, location, and pricing data structures for construction/EPC\nKnowledge of ERP and project systems (e.g., IMS, Oracle, InEight, Sequel, CMIC) and BI/reporting tools\nStrong skills in data modeling, data-quality validation, and root-cause analysis\nSkilled at facilitating cross-functional data ownership and standards\nExperience building reporting structures and dashboards\nAbility to build data foundations from the ground up in a low-data-maturity environment\nAbility to influence functional leaders without direct authority\nAbility to translate business requirements across ERP, data, and reporting platforms\nJOB TITLE: ENABLEMENT DATA LEAD\nJOB LOCATION: FORT LAUDERDALE, FL\nCLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME - EXEMPT - SALARIED\nREPORTS TO: ENABLEMENT LEAD\nMossis an equal opportunity employer.
