This role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract, source, screen, and coordinate skilled craft and hourly labor talent.\nThe ideal candidate is a relationship-driven recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, a passion for field recruiting, and the ability to build talent pipelines in diverse geographic markets. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting project staffing objectives and organizational growth.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines supporting current and future craft and hourly workforce needs across assigned project sites. \nPartner with hiring managers and project leadership to understand workforce plans, job requirements, hiring forecasts, and local labor market conditions. \nSource and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and direct recruiting methods including phone, text, and email campaigns. \nPromote Moss's employer brand and effectively communicate the company's culture, values, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. \nCreate market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics, labor trends, and workforce availability. \nEstablish and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, trade schools, chambers of commerce, churches, veteran organizations, and other community partners to enhance recruitment efforts. \nReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings. \nCoordinate candidate movement throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. \nOrganize and participate in hiring events, career fairs, project-site recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives. \nMaintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs. \nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to share market intelligence, recruiting best practices, and pipeline development strategies. \nTrack recruiting activity and ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and project stakeholders. \nEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE\nExperience in full-cycle recruiting, workforce recruitment, talent acquisition, or related staffing functions. \nStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across multiple recruiting platforms and channels. \nAbility to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, community partners, and candidates. \nExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. \nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred. \nBilingual (English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole) strongly preferred, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse candidate populations. \nWillingness to travel periodically to project sites, hiring events, and recruiting activities as needed. \nJOB TITLE: ENERGY FIELD RECRUITER\nJOB LOCATION: (REMOTE) FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - 50-70% TRAVEL REQUIRED\nCLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME -EXEMPT - SALARIED\nREPORTS TO: TALENT ACQUISITION MGR.\nMossis an equal opportunity employer.
