This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.\nSchedule: 7:00 AM start time to align with field operations.\nWork Arrangement: This position will begin with approximately six months of remote work. Following this initial period, the employee will be assigned to an active project based on business needs. Project assignments may be at any available Moss project site and are not limited to a specific geographic location. Candidates must be willing and able to travel or relocate as required by their assigned project.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Human Resources Field Coordinator, you will serve as the primary HR partner supporting assigned project sites and field teams. This role is responsible for delivering hands-on HR support throughout the employee lifecycle while partnering with field leadership to create a positive employee experience and support operational success.\nYou will:\nServe as the primary HR point of contact for assigned project sites, providing guidance and support to employees and field leadership.\nPartner with project leaders and supervisors to address workforce needs, employee concerns, and day-to-day HR matters.\nSupport the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.\nCoordinate new hire onboarding and ensure employees are prepared for successful integration into the organization.\nSupport payroll accuracy by reviewing, auditing, and resolving timekeeping and attendance-related matters.\nProvide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company programs while escalating complex employee relations matters appropriately.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR data while supporting reporting and compliance requirements.\nPartner with HR and operational teams on compliance initiatives, audits, apprenticeship programs, workforce development initiatives, and special projects.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination preferred.\nExperience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or a fast-paced workforce environment preferred.\nStrong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply policies consistently and fairly.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nBilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.\nConstruction, energy, or industrial industry experience is preferred but not required.\nMossis an equal opportunity employer.
