And while you're focused on creating big things for global and local brands, we will help you build a career you can be passionate about.\nApply now to find your place at Moss.\nJob Location: Onsite in Kaysville, UT\nSchedule: Sunday -Thursday, 4:00 pm- 12:30am\nJob Summary\nZund operator/artist is accountable to produce goods as specified on the job traveler or other instructions given by their supervisor.\nWhat You'll Do...\nPerform production operations to obtain utmost and ongoing efficiency\nSupport ongoing quality improvement processes to ensure all deliverables are produced defect free and aligned with technical specifications\nFollow standard operational procedures and work practices and policies to ensure consistency of output\nSafely and efficiently run Zund(s)\nProduce goods as specified on the job ticket or other instructions given by the supervisor \nProduce consistent quality product\nFollow MPI procedures \nBasic machine maintenance\nRead and understand job traveler and utilize computer job tracking system\nConfirm size of graphic, quantity needed, and material specified on order\nVisually inspect printed material or raw inventory for substandard pieces\nSet up screen print ambers, steel rule die files, thermal die files and cut files as required\nRelieve all raw materials from inventory utilizing computer job tracking system\nAssist with digital file set up as required\nMaintain efficiency and quality benchmarks per MPI standards\nAssist training other inexperienced operators\nRequest any training required for you to succeed\nMaintain organized and clean work environment \nEnter recommendations to management for improvements in areas such as personal safety improved product quality better rates and yields, or any other matters that impact shop costs or employee’s health\nPractice safe working habits as detailed in the Company Safety Manual and Employee Handbook\nDo other tasks as directed by a supervisor\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Bring...\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrior experience in manufacturing machine operation preferred.\nKnowledge of computer CAD software - adobe illustrator, photo shop, and in design helpful.\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written\nStrong customer orientation\nTechnical skills\nDetail oriented\nStrong problem solving\nMechanical aptitude\nWorks well under pressure\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
