This position is designed to develop foundational skills in mechanical construction operations, project administration, and real-world field support while contributing meaningful value to ongoing Mechanical initiatives.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nReporting, trackers, and documentation - Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and organization of Mechanical reports, trackers, spreadsheets, logs, and supporting documentation. Help ensure information is accurate, current, and readily available to office and field leadership.\nField administration support - Support Mechanical field leadership with administrative needs related to active projects. Assist with coordination, follow-up, scheduling, documentation, and communication to help field teams remain aligned on priorities and action items.\nData entry and information management - Assist with entering, organizing, and validating project-related information within spreadsheets, reports, and designated systems. Support efforts to maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized operational records.\nField visits and operational exposure - Participate in field activities and site visits to observe Mechanical operations, understand jobsite workflows, and connect administrative processes to real-world field execution.\nSpecial projects and initiative support - Assist with special projects, training efforts, process-improvement activities, and other Mechanical initiatives as assigned.\nCommunication and stakeholder coordination - Communicate professionally and effectively with Mechanical office personnel, field leadership, project teams, and other\ninternal stakeholders. Assist with gathering information, distributing updates, and maintaining productive working relationships.\nPerform other duties as assigned in support of Mechanical operations and field enablement initiatives.\nEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE\n· Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.\n· Interest in mechanical construction, field operations, project administration, and process improvement.\n· Exposure to construction project workflows, project management systems, reporting, or operational data is a plus.\n· Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.\n· Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\n· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\n· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\n· Proactive, dependable, professional, and able to work independently with strong follow-through.\n· Willingness to learn Mechanical office and field operations.\n· Ability to work collaboratively with office personnel, field leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders.\nJOB DETAILS\nJOB TITLE: Mechanical Administration Intern\nJOB LOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FL\nCLASSIFICATION: Internship\nREPORTS TO: Project Manager, Mechanical Administration\nMossis an equal opportunity employer.
