Maintain professional appearance and behavior to represent the company well.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nContributes to facilities and supply management by: maintaining office supplies inventory and reorder as needed, coordinate with vendors for office equipment and services for the following: plants, first aid supplies, coffee, water, food / kitchen, and janitorial services, and ensure the office environment is clean, safe and functional\nProvides administrative oversight by: managing reception duties and mail distribution, managing but not limited to the public area display monitors with: birthday and work anniversary announcements, project photo feed, etc. and smart TV subscriptions\nParticipates as the tenant liaison between employees and building management team, report any maintenance issues to the building management team\nCoordinates meeting/event coordination by: book conference rooms as requested for meetings, handle lunch orders, manage training room table layout for meeting needs, act in support role for events team for office-wide related events and ensure shared spaces are kept tidy and presentable\nResponsible for: sending and receiving all Fedex / UPS Packages\nEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE\n0-3 years’ experience as an Office Manager in the construction industry or related field\nStrong computer skills are a necessity\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills and are required to interface directly with guests, executives, building departments and other team members \nJOB TITLE: ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER\nJOB LOCATION: ALLEN, TX\nCLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME - EXEMPT - SALARIED\nREPORTS TO: OFFICE LEADERSHIP\nMossis an equal opportunity employer.
