Pay starts at $20 per hour and provides the ability to have growth opportunities with a long-term career and future.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLearn all aspects of how to be successful and safe on Solar projects\nOperate hand tools including, but not limited to: Tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes\nProvides various general labor duties, in the field, on Solar project sites\nMay perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer or Quality Control Representative Perform other duties as assigned or requested\nExtended hours of work may occur, with a single shift lasting as long as 12 hours\nOvertime and work on weekends and holidays may be required\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\nMust enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather\nMust be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to all safety standards\nMust have reliable transportation to and from project site\nAbility to work on weekends and holidays as needed\nAbility to convey a positive and professional attitude, adhering to Moss core values\nTo ensure a safe work environment, pre-employment drug test is required\nMoss takes great pride in prioritizing the safety, well-being, and success of our employees, families, and business partners.
