Manage change orders, enforce loss-control measures, and ensure compliance with company bonding and insurance policies.\nOversee staffing, employee development, and professional evaluations, ensuring project teams are well-trained and motivated.\nSupervise document control (RFIs, reports, CMiC systems), crisis management plans, and compliance approvals.\nCoordinate field operations, subcontractor relationships, and permit inspections.\n Ensure safety and quality control (QC) compliance, conduct daily site inspections, and enforce jobsite cleanliness.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.\nFour years of construction industry experience with a general contractor as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager required, including: any experience with project management finance, including cash flow analysis and cost tracking; construction project management software and scheduling tools; mentoring, coaching, and motivating teams; working directly with owners, engineers, and regulatory agencies; and with managing multiple projects simultaneously, including on-time and on-budget completion.\nExtensive travel on assignments to various unanticipated client sites within U.S. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.\nResume to: Resume to: Angie Montoya, Senior HR Specialist, Moss & Associates, LLC, 6363 NW 6th Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 or .
