Your duties will also include the following:\nAcquiring new corporate customers (mainly by phone), including negotiating and closing contracts\nYou will pro-actively research local businesses with hotel accommodation requirements and build key relationships in order to negotiate and win contracts\nPreparing and interpreting reports and analysing customer performance, as well as your own\nMonitoring and analysing competitor activity\nGaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation\nPlanning and executing all sales activities including client events, networking opportunities and hotel tours.\nManaging long term partnership with clients to build reliable relationships.\nPlaying a key role in the hotel's launch strategy to establish the Hotel in the London market.\nBringing ideas, creativity and local market insight into a dynamic, multicultural team environment.\n Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here!
