You'll work alongside experienced colleagues and learn every stage of the customer journey.\nYou'll:\nSpeak with customers over the phone and by email\nHelp new customers get set up and onboarded\nKeep customers updated throughout their application process\nSupport the sales team with administration and reporting\nMaintain customer records using our CRM system\nHelp customers activate and use their accounts\nAnswer customer enquiries and provide excellent service\nLearn how to build long-term customer relationships\nSupport customer retention activities and identify commercial opportunities\nWhere could this lead?\nThis isn't just an apprenticeship.
