The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating these into effective solutions and ensuring data is presented accurately, clearly and efficiently.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nBuild, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and self-service analytics solutions using Qlik Sense and/or Power BI. \nWork closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, understand reporting needs and translate these into scalable BI solutions. \nDevelop and optimise SQL queries, views and data models to support reporting and analytical requirements. \nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and operational efficiency through automation and enhanced analytics. \nMonitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to BI solutions, dashboards and underlying data. \nEnsure reporting solutions are accurate, performant and aligned with business requirements. \nSupport the adoption of data-driven decision making by providing insight, training and guidance to business users. \nCollaborate with data scientists, SQL administrators, and other BI developers to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives) and contribute to iterative development cycles.\nAny other duties as may be reasonably required.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, computer science or a related field.\nProven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer using BI technologies (Qlik preferred).\nExperience working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.\nGood knowledge of SQL development and queries and experience in data warehouse design and ETL framework.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - Word, Outlook, Excel.\nUnderstanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile team.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to organise and prioritise.\nGood communication and decision-making skills.\nCustomer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value.\nProactive approach with the ability to take the initiative and be innovative.\nBenefits\nHybrid working -
