With over 300 employees across five offices, we support over 50,000 customers nationwide.\nAbout the role\nReporting to the General Manager - Sales, the Coaching & Development Trainer will be responsible for the induction, training, and development of sales employees at our office located in Halifax. You will assist in delivering sales targets by developing the skills and knowledge of our Fuel Card Sales Teams.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nEnsure new recruits receive the best possible introduction to the business by delivering our induction program in a dynamic and engaging way.\nEnsure all sales staff receive additional on the job training in line with our post induction training schedule.\nDeliver regular refresher training and support.\nDeliver structured and engaging one to one coaching which positively influences our staff’s sales performance. Ensure that all coaching is documented effectively, and coaching sessions are followed up regularly.\nReview best practice from around the business and make recommendations to the National Training Manager for improvements to our training programs.\nMaintain a full level of understanding of fuel cards, the competition and the market and ensure that this knowledge is communicated and understood by new starters.\nDeliver training to existing staff members throughout the business for any new products, services or initiatives.\nRegularly liaise with Sales Managers and the National Training manager to review new starter progress and agree objectives for training and coaching.\nMaintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance of new sales staff.\nAttend quarterly L&D review meetings. \nBe willing to travel to assist with training and development needs across the wider group if required.\nRequirements\nAbout You\nGood standard of education preferably with a ‘C’ or equivalent in English and Maths. \nExperience working in an office environment essential, preferably with Business to Business Telesales experience. \nSupervisory skills would be advantageous. \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - Word, Outlook and Excel. \nGood communicator, both oral and presentation, with a professional confident manner and excellent customer service skills. \nAccuracy and attention to detail with ability to organise and prioritize. \nResilience when working under pressure with a strong work ethic and reliability. \nAbility to work well individually and as part of a team. \nTarget conscious and results driven.\nBenefits\nFree parking available\nBasic salary -
