We judge success by qualified meetings and pipeline, not by activity.\nRequirements:\n3+ years in B2B demand or lead generation, ideally in IT services, tech, recruitment or professional services.\nA solid grasp of the B2B funnel: MQL/SQL, lead scoring and handover to Sales.\nStrong analytics and a commercial mindset.\nHands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot or a similar CRM, a CMS such as Webflow, and an SEO tool.\nA proactive learning mindset and curiosity about new tools and approaches.
