Occasional overtime may be required.\nRecruitment process:\nA call with Motife recruiter (30 min)\nCriteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (30 min)\nHiring Manager Interview (45 min)\nA take-home exercise\nPanel Interview (60 min)\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and improve Tableau dashboards and reports that give Professional Services leaders a clear view of team and project performance.\nUse SQL to query, check, and analyze operational data from different sources.\nWork with managers to define useful metrics, understand their reporting needs, and turn business questions into actionable insights.\nCheck the quality and consistency of operational data, investigate gaps, and improve the reliability of reporting.\nSupport reporting on areas such as resource utilization, project health, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.\nPresent new metrics and reporting approaches to managers, gather feedback, and support their rollout across the department.\nIdentify inefficiencies in day-to-day processes and work with other teams to implement practical improvements.\nOwn assigned initiatives from start to finish, communicating progress and resolving obstacles as they arise.\nSupport light administration of the team’s project delivery platform, such as managing permissions, roles, and fields. Training will be provided.\nExplore appropriate ways to use AI tools to improve internal workflows and reporting.\nRequirements:\nStrong, hands-on Tableau experience, including building and developing dashboards independently.\nStrong working knowledge ofSQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data.\nExperience working with operational data and translating it into reporting that helps business stakeholders make decisions.\nThe ability to define metrics, assess data quality, and explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.\nA proactive, self-directed approach to managing tasks and driving them to completion.\nExperience collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to improve processes or reporting.\nExperience in a SaaS environment.
