In this role, you will work closely with experienced team members to conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence of investment opportunities. This includes producing documentation and presentations for investment decisions, and managing stakeholders and project execution for each transaction in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with frequent opportunities to interact with the firm's senior leadership.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Deal Sourcing\nIdentify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the maritime industry and related sectors\nEstablish and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other relevant stakeholders\nAttend industry events and conferences to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on market trends\n2. Deal Screening\nPerform initial analysis of potential investment opportunities, assessing their fit with Motion Ventures' investment strategy and criteria\nDevelop and maintain a pipeline of potential investments, prioritizing them based on their potential impact and alignment with the fund's objectives\n3.
